Ultrasonic cleaning machine products, common faults
1. When the power switch of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is turned on, the indicator light is off and there is no ultrasonic output. Cause: A. The power switch is damaged and there is no power input. B. Fuse is blown.
2. After the power switch is turned on, the indicator light is on, but there is no ultrasonic output. Reasons: A. The connecting plug of the transducer and the ultrasonic power board is loose; B. Fuse blown; C. Ultrasonic power generator failure; D. The transducer is faulty.
3. The DC fuse of ultrasonic cleaning machine is blown. Cause: A. Rectifier bridge stack or power tube burned down; B. The transducer is faulty.
4. Ultrasonic cleaning machine after the power switch, the machine has ultrasonic output, but the cleaning effect is not as ideal. Cause: Improper cleaning liquid level in the cleaning tank.
