In the case of low frequency, the time of compression and tension becomes longer; Therefore, the time and volume of cavitation are also long, and the impact force generated when cavitation is closed is proportional to the size of cavitation bubble. So the lower the frequency, the stronger the cavitation.
While the frequency we use for industrial cleaning is generally less than 60KHz, the most used is between 20 ~ 40KHz. With a frequency of about 20KHz, a relatively small number of cavitation bubbles can be obtained, but with large cavitation strength and accompanied by noise, which can be used to clean the workpiece with high bonding strength between the surface of large parts and the surface of objects.
The frequency of about 40KHz, under the same sound pressure, produces a large number of cavitation bubbles, but the cavitation intensity generated during crushing is low, low noise, strong penetration ability, suitable for complex surface, blind hole, dirt and weak surface bonding force of the workpiece.
